Forty Years
Forty years building in Rhode Island and the towns just past its borders. Land first: walking the lot, laying the roads, running the lines. Then the house, framed and finished by people Frank has worked with for decades. The neighborhoods that result hold their value because the work holds up. That's the only marketing claim he makes.
From the Owners
Frank treated the framing as if the whole house depended on it, because it does. Two years in, every door still closes the way it did the day we moved in.
Working with Frank felt like commissioning a piece of furniture that happens to be a house. He never rushed a decision and never let one drift.
Our architect recommended three builders. We met all three. Frank was the only one who walked the lot before he answered any of our questions.
